Stillness & Gratitude- a Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra experience

Settle in with instructor Lindsey Sienkiewicz, for this 75-minute class. Spend the first 45-minutes in a restorative Yin yoga practice which utilizes simple poses, long holds, steady breathing and plenty of props! This practice will set the tone for a 25-minute Yoga Nidra session.
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation intended to integrate and relax the 5-koshas or sheaths of the body (physical, breath, emotional, mental, and bliss). The entire practice will revolve around themes of gratitude, steadiness and ease in honor of the Thanksgiving holiday.
This practice is suitable for all levels.
