Have you ever thought “What the asana is going on?!” during your yoga practice?
In this workshop Anna will teach alignment-based yoga with a focus on proper form and mechanics so that you can achieve maximum benefit from each pose and practice yoga safely from your home or studio. This workshop is designed for the beginner to advanced yogi. It will include a Q&A, a breakdown of the most common yoga poses and a yoga flow where you can put everything learned into practice.
